FunctieomschrijvingKey Responsibilities:Follow Global IT Service Management processes (when published), including change, incident, problem, service level, knowledge, and request fulfillment management. Collaborate with IT staff, service providers, and end-users to maintain the company’s core infrastructure. Provide level 2 or 3 support for global core infrastructure issues within defined SLAs and OLAs. Participate in on-call rotation to troubleshoot incidents outside of business hours. Ensure uptime, resilience, and performance of core infrastructure. Assist in managing and planning capacity for core infrastructure, including storage environments. Create and maintain documentation for technical procedures and policies related to core infrastructure.
