FunctieomschrijvingKey Responsibilities:
  • Follow Global IT Service Management processes (when published), including change, incident, problem, service level, knowledge, and request fulfillment management.
  • Collaborate with IT staff, service providers, and end-users to maintain the company’s core infrastructure.
  • Provide level 2 or 3 support for global core infrastructure issues within defined SLAs and OLAs.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to troubleshoot incidents outside of business hours.
  • Ensure uptime, resilience, and performance of core infrastructure.
  • Assist in managing and planning capacity for core infrastructure, including storage environments.
  • Create and maintain documentation for technical procedures and policies related to core infrastructure.
