Role Description

The Senior Global Recruiter is a full-time role responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple regions and time zones. This role includes partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing diverse and qualified talent through multiple channels, screening and interviewing candidates, and managing a smooth, inclusive recruitment process. The Senior Global Recruiter will coordinate offers, support negotiations, and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate recruitment data, reporting on key hiring metrics, and continuously improving processes and tools. The role requires close collaboration with HR, business leaders, and external partners to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
