RioTinto is seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to provide critical support for slope design and geotechnical risk management for copper mining operations in Chile and across the Americas. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, focusing on large open pits, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, offering technical guidance, and contributing to best practices in geotechnical standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field and proficiency in English. Spanish fluency is preferred.
