This is a full-time, onsite position at our Manizales studio, beginning once the studio is established.

Supported by project Leads, the Senior Generalist Engineer will solve tough technical challenges in a high‑energy environment with experienced industry leaders and a highly collaborative team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Create high-performance, robust, maintainable code in a cross‑platform environment.
• Deploy, evaluate performance, optimize and test software on PC and console platforms.
• Evaluate existing technology architectures.
• Drive the evaluation and documentation of existing technology and engines.
• Adapt engineering solutions to utilize the latest console APIs.
• Extend existing systems to meet long‑term needs of ongoing development.
• Work with external development partners.
