Overview

Managed Care Advisors are client-facing representatives of Gallagher Bassett, serving as subject matter experts on our GBCARE integrated service offering and managing large GBCARE accounts. They serve as an adjunct member of the Account Management team, serving as a liaison between Managed Care Operations and the Client. How you'll make an impact • Promote value of GBCARE integrated model to existing clients and prospective clients to grow our business. • Understand and promote all product offerings within the GBCARE integrated model. • Answer questions and educate Client Services team on GBCARE products and services. • Client facing responsibilities for targeted existing accounts. MC Advisor is a service level contact and will identify opportunity for services not currently utilized by the client.
