The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi is seeking a Business Operations Lead for an Abu Dhabi Gaming program on a 12-month freelance contract. The role reports to the Executive Director and shapes the sector's internal operating model.

You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets and contracts, drive process improvements, and provide risk and progress reporting. Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration are essential to deliver strategic outcomes.
