Iceflake Studios / Paradox Interactive in Tampere, Finland is seeking a Senior Game Programmer to join the engineering team. You will architect complex systems and ensure code is performant, scalable, and moddable, collaborating closely with the Technical Director.

You will implement features with C# and Unity for PC and consoles, contribute to high-level design, and optimize for large-scale simulations while communicating clearly with designers and artists.
