What will be your missions?

  • Giving clients legal advice and strategic direction about investment fund laws and compliance specifications.
  • Drafting and examining legal papers, such as offering memoranda, prospectuses, and fund agreements.
  • Carrying out legal analysis and research to assist with client initiatives and guarantee adherence to pertinent rules and laws.

  • Minimum of 5 years of similar experience.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
