Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading digital finance platform in Southeast Asia. Our respective client is looking for a Senior Funding Manager who will oversee external funding partnerships in the Philippines market. This role will be reporting to the President and Chairman, with onsite work set-up and is located in Pasig City.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive funding and liquidity management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and short- and long-term funding requirements.
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating credit lines, loan facilities, and funding agreements.
  • Monitor market conditions, interest rates, and macroeconomic trends to optimize funding structures.
