Job Description
• Experience:
o 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, specifically with the Time and Labor and Absence Management modules.
o Experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (or large-scale upgrades) is required.
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, especially related to Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Workforce Management.
o In-depth knowledge of absence types, time entry rules, absence accrual policies, timecards, schedules, and absence approvals.
o Proficient in working with integration tools and understanding the integration points between HCM modules.
o Ability to understand and map complex business processes into Oracle solutions.
o Experience with Oracle OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (BI Publisher) reporting is a plus.
