Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:The Senior Functional Analyst, Workday serves as the functional owner for end-to-end processes across Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Absence, and Compensation. This role is accountable for the strategic design, governance, compliance, and continuous optimization of these capabilities within Workday and across integrations with downstream systems.Partnering closely with the Product Owner, People Systems Manager, and senior business stakeholders, the Senior Functional Analyst provides thought leadership and expert guidance on Workday functionality, configuration decisions, and industry best practices to meet evolving business needs.
