Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Web Developer who specializes in high-performance WordPress development using the Kadence WP ecosystem. This is not a drag-and-drop role; we are looking for a developer who approaches WordPress as a framework, prioritizing native PHP solutions, performance, and security over-reliance on third-party plugins.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between high-end UI/UX design and technical engineering, transforming complex Figma files into pixel-perfect, lightning-fast, and accessible web experiences.
Core Responsibilities
Custom Kadence Implementation: Architect and build high-converting landing pages and full-site themes using Kadence, ensuring 1:1 fidelity from Figma designs.
Native Development: Develop custom Gutenberg blocks, extend Kadence elements via hooks/filters, and write clean PHP, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript.
