About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications with a strong focus on 
performance and scalability. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
platform, which manages personalized customer communications via email, SMS, and instant messaging. 

This position will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and business leaders, to deliver 
high-quality software solutions.

  • Build and maintain features for the CRM platform, ensuring optimal customer communication across multiple channels (email, SMS, instant messaging).
