Overview
We're building a complex, consumer-facing AI web application that combines:
• Streaming AI chat
• Voice generation (TTS)
• SMS infrastructure (Twilio)
• Stripe subscriptions + credit system
• Image generation
• Admin dashboard with QA + feature flags
• Strict cost controls and security boundaries
This is a 4-phase milestone-based build. Each phase has hard gates and must pass defined quality standards before moving forward.
This is not a quick MVP. It's a production-grade system with real-time AI, billing, messaging, and admin tooling.
After launch, we expect 10–20 hours/month ongoing maintenance, with potential for a full-time Senior Dev role if it's a strong fit.
