Job Description
We need an experienced developer to finish and polish our existing app built on Replit.
This is not a from-scratch build. We already have a working app shell and need a strong operator to harden, complete workflows, improve UX, and prepare for production use across dental practices.
What we need:
• Review existing codebase + architecture on Replit
• Complete missing core workflows
• Improve reliability/performance and error handling
• Tighten auth/session behavior and role-based access
• Polish UI/UX for non-technical staff usage
• Improve data integrity and auditability of status updates
• Ship clean documentation + handoff
Must-have experience:
• Replit development/deployment workflows
• Full-stack web app delivery (React/Next/Vite + Node/Express or equivalent)
• Auth, permissions, and production hardening
• Shipping MVP-to-production transitions
• Strong communication and weekly delivery cadence
