Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery

• Own end-to-end development of complex features across frontend and backend
• Write production-quality code using , React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
• Design and implement scalable APIs and services
• Make independent technical decisions within defined architectural boundaries
• Investigate and resolve technical blockers proactively without waiting for direction

Code Quality & Standards

• Conduct thorough code reviews with constructive, actionable feedback
• Enforce and improve coding standards and best practices
• Ensure minimum 80% code coverage on new features
• Drive reduction of technical debt through pragmatic refactoring

Mentorship & Team Support

• Mentor mid-level developers through pairing, code reviews, and technical guidance
• Unblock team members by solving technical problems directly
