QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
7+ years in full stack development, with 3+ years owning production systems in a lead capacity.
Frontend: SPA frameworks; UX/UI; wireframing; component testing; performance & accessibility
Backend: Microservices; API design; performance tuning; security; observability
Databases: SQL across Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL; schema design; indexing; tuning
DevOps: Docker; Kubernetes/OKE; CI/CD; monitoring & logging
Cloud: OCI services or on prem deployment experience
Testing: Unit testing; QA testing; SIT
Architecture: System design; modularization; best practices
Leadership: Code review; mentorship; communication
Frontend Skills
Expert in modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
Proficiency in at least one SPA framework: React, Angular, or Vue.
Ability to create UI wireframes and UX mockups.
Familiarity with state management (Redux/NgRx/...
