LAB3, a leading Azure engineering practice in Australasia, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer in New Zealand. You will own features from architecture through to production, building React/TypeScript UIs, robust APIs, and data models while integrating AI tooling and Azure infrastructure.

You will mentor others, collaborate with consultants and clients, and help shape AI-native software delivery across LAB3 platforms. Remote/hybrid work is available with strong career growth opportunities.
