About Tutorava Tutorava is an AI-native education lab in stealth mode. We are building the first conversational AI tutor that truly sees, hears, and teaches kids. We are led by education industry veterans and are on a mission to democratize high-quality, 1-on-1 tutoring globally.
The Role We are looking for a Senior-Hungry Lead Engineer based in Colombia to be the foundational technical member of our team. You aren't just a coder; you are a product builder who understands how to use AI to create magical user experiences.
While we have an immediate, high-intensity 90-day sprint to launch our MVP, this is a long-term role. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position as we scale the company post-launch.
