As a L1 Senior Support Engineer on the Frontline Advertiser Support team in our Gurugram Office, you’ll play a vital role in delivering timely, effective, and customer-centric solutions. You will be the first point of contact for our advertisers, providing outstanding support through multiple channels including chat, email, and video conferencing. Being service-oriented and prioritising the client’s needs is key, as is the willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. You will play a critical role in delivering timely, effective, and customer-centric solutions.


To thrive in this role, you’ll need:


  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a Technical Ad Tech Support or relevant client-facing technical role




  • Solid understanding of system logs, APIs, and basic SQL
