Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of major frontend components and systems.Make key decisions on architecture, performance, and state management.Deliver high-quality, well-tested features end-to-end.Collaborate with Product and Design; provide mentorship and code reviews.Improve tooling, workflows, and overall engineering quality.Support operational excellence through monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.Requirements
8+ years building production-ready web apps using modern frameworks.Expert in TypeScript, React, and frontend performance optimisation.
