Senior Fraud Analyst — Founding Domain Expert Stealth AI Startup | Hybrid (US) | Full-time

We're an early-stage team building AI that helps fraud investigations for FIs. We need a senior fraud analyst to be our domain expert — someone who defines what great looks like and trains our AI to get there.

What You'll Do

Curate and label fraud investigation cases across multiple fraud types. Write analyst playbooks that become ground truth for AI training. Review and score AI-generated outputs to drive model improvement. Advise on regulatory workflows (Reg E, SR 11‑7). Shape the product from the analyst's seat.

What We're Looking For

5+ years investigating fraud at a US bank or fintech. Fluency across multiple fraud types (ATO, check, APP, CNP, synthetic identity). Experience with major fraud platforms (Falcon, Actimize, Verafin, Feedzai, etc.). Ability to articulate why behind investigation decisions — not just what. Bonus: CFE/CAFP/ACAMS. ...
