Senior FPGA Engineer for AI Compute Prototyping - Onsite

Ayo Semiconductor in Boston is seeking a Principal FPGA Engineer to design, implement, and validate FPGA-based systems that drive our chip verification and prototype development efforts. This hands-on role requires moving fast, owning your work end to end, and collaborating closely with AI and hardware teams.

You will deploy RTL code in Verilog or VHDL to real hardware, work with Xilinx/AMD platforms (Lattice or Intel as alternatives), and develop embedded C/C++ for SoC-based processors.
