IKEA Chile, Colombia & Perú is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to develop advanced financial models and collaborate with manufacturing teams. This remote role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance and 4–7 years of FP&A experience.

The successful candidate will monitor budgets, perform variance analysis, and must possess proficiency in Excel as well as a strong understanding of US GAAP. The position includes benefits such as a competitive salary and annual performance bonus.
