Glencore is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team as a strategic finance partner for manufacturing businesses. This remote role based in Chile will involve leading budgets and forecasts, conducting variance analysis, and delivering actionable insights through reporting dashboards.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields, possess 4–7 years of relevant experience, particularly within a manufacturing or industrial environment, and have advanced Excel skills as well as fluency in English.
