Senior Fleet Transactions Specialist

This position requires in-person collaboration up to five days a week. This arrangement is subject to change based on business requirements.

Overview of the Role

WestJet is seeking a Senior Fleet Transactions Specialist to manage our aircraft lease portfolio and support strategic fleet decisions. Reporting to the Director, Fleet Leasing & Transactions, you will collaborate across Treasury and key business functions to oversee the full lifecycle of aircraft leases, from onboarding and administration to transactions and financial controls.

• Partner with cross‑functional teams and external partners to manage the WestJet Group aircraft lease portfolio, ensuring contract compliance and seamless transaction execution
