Senior Fleet Maintenance Manager

The Senior Fleet Maintenance Manager is accountable for the strategic leadership, optimization, and performance of Lineage Canada’s national fleet. This role develops and executes the fleet maintenance strategy to ensure asset reliability, regulatory compliance, safety, and cost efficiency across all transport operations. Partnering closely with Transport, Operations, and Finance, the Senior Fleet Maintenance Manager drives asset lifecycle planning, delivers continuous improvement in maintenance performance, and supports Lineage’s sustainability and growth objectives. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic foresight and operational excellence, ensuring the fleet operates safely, efficiently, and sustainably while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across Canada.
