Job description:

• Gather, analyze, and prepare monthly operational and controlling reports, ensuring timely and accurate communication of key financial figures to management and shareholders.
• Prepare profitability reports by business area and support financial presentations for Board of Directors' meetings.
• Review, consolidate, and monitor departmental budgets, including annual budgets and mid-term business plans, for management and Board approval.
• Support managers by providing timely financial insights and addressing account- or customer/vendor-related concerns.
• Prepare financial analyses and documentation required for interim and year-end external audits.
• Handle non-life insurance claims and ensure completeness of supporting documents.
