What is the role?

The incumbent is responsible for developing and producing key analysis and reporting to support Finance, the Merchandise team and Senior management.

What will you do?

Blue Box/Stewardship obligations:

  • Responsible for annual provincial Stewardship reporting (i.e. Blue Box).
  • Source packaging and sales information from the Financial Management System, work with the Replenishment team to incorporate vendor data, validate and analyze output, present results to senior management and file the final Stewardship results.
  • Attend Stewardship Committee Meetings with the Retail Council of Canada and with Producer Responsibility Organizations.
  • Monitor and advise senior management of any changes to the Stewardship obligations across Canada to ensure Pet Valu continues to meet those obligations in a timely manner.
