This position emphasizes external reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and forecasting. You will oversee corporate accounting functions, while also managing a team of four to ensure all financial operations align with First Quantum's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quarterly and annual Management’s Discussion and Analysis
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for FQML corporate costs
• Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes
• Develop financial control frameworks and streamline processes
• Manage payroll relationships and ensure regulatory compliance
