Senior Finance Executive

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure monthly closing accuracy, reporting requirements and deadlines are met
• Prepare monthly management report, financial analysis and audit schedules
• Preparation/reconciliation of monthly products P&L for retail business in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and China
• Preparation of the Group consolidated financial statements
• Preparation and submission of tax matters including GST
• Verification / posting of trade invoices and preparationof related parties transaction schedules
• Ensure compliance with both US GAAP and local Accounting Standards
• Work with external auditors, resolving any accounting or tax related issues
• Work with finance to supports cheduling of annual budget preparation and review process in line with HQ Management Group and Board schedule
• Overseas and keep track of inventory level
