Job Description

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**



- Be responsible for Troubleshooting, installation, calibration, maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, field



modifications and repair on designated equipment.



- Order and manage repair parts cycle times and Preventative Maintenance schedule.



- Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service



records in a timely manner.



- Maintain communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.



- Maintain tools and standard test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.



- Ensure to meet Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory



requirements.



- Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
