What we’re looking for:
The primary objective of this role is to technically support the sales team to do pre- & post- sale work and to be able bring in current market information & customer information back to the business unit.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for key accounts customers as well as channel partners’ customers.Provide technical support in all phases of the design in process as well as to gain the final design win.Assist the sales team to carry out pre-sales promotion, customer training, demo board building, technical product presentation, troubleshoot in field, software programming, write up applications note, conduct workshop, etc.Drive channel partners’ FAEs to carry out business promotion and technical support.Work closely with Product Marketing and related Business Units to provide update, feedback or information in the respective specialties areas.Show strategy/direction t...
