Job Summary
The Senior Facility Engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving plant facilities, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations. This role leads facility-related projects, oversees contractors, and ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards while supporting business continuity and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operation and maintenance of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, water, air compressor, chilled water, fire protection, building infrastructure)
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Lead facility improvement, expansion, and renovation projects
Manage and supervise external contractors and service providers
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Prepare and manage facility budgets, cost control, and CAPEX planning
