Job Summary

The Senior Facility Engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving plant facilities, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations. This role leads facility-related projects, oversees contractors, and ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards while supporting business continuity and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, water, air compressor, chilled water, fire protection, building infrastructure)
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Lead facility improvement, expansion, and renovation projects
• Manage and supervise external contractors and service providers
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and environmental standards
