Senior Facilities & Operations Leader – On-site

Cushman & Wakefield in Bedok, Singapore, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead overall operations, maintenance, and service delivery of a large portfolio on-site. You will drive operational excellence, manage service partners, and ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability across the portfolio.

You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, oversee budgeting and procurement, report performance to leadership, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and users.
