Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced and independent Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance, repair, and modification of our buildings, equipment, and grounds. In this role, you will diagnose complex technical issues, execute skilled trades work, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations with minimal supervision. This position also includes a leadership component, providing technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance inspections to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve advanced facility and mechanical system issues.
