precious homes bukit panjang pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Executive to support the Operations Manager in daily maintenance, asset tagging updates, security and office operations, and materials management.

The role covers inspecting building needs, coordinating repairs and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, and managing stock and documentation for premises. 5-day week with standby for emergencies; experience in facility management is preferred.
