We are looking for a Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the workplace and facility services for all Canadian offices. This role is accountable for the execution of facility management activities and corporate support services at all Canadian sites, reporting to the Director Facilities, Global.

Key Responsibilities – Facility Coordination

  • Works closely with the Director supporting onsite projects, planning and site support
  • Analyse and prioritise facility requirements (both hard & soft FM services)
  • Prepare and deliver property maintenance plans (preventative and corrective maintenance) in conjunction with landlords/managing agents
  • Manage appointed suppliers and evaluate performance
  • Monitor & follow‑up contractor progress and performance, review and approve invoices according to DOA authorization level
