  • General Office Administration.
  • Act as the first point recipient and single point of contact on Response SLA of all service request via calls and/or email from Central Help Desk team
  • Act as gatekeeper for all Work order requisition status (Closed/Open) through data and voice support Technology platform
  • Technology service delivery champion for all Digitization and Technology innovations
  • Understand the operational and technical inventory support requirements of the elements of the site for which he/she is responsible.
  • Assist site Facilities technician and/or Facilities Engineer in coordinating non-technical outsourced service partner
  • Ensure that current inventory files (Soft and Hard copies) are maintained to provide necessary supplies and services.
