General Office Administration.
Act as the first point recipient and single point of contact on Response SLA of all service request via calls and/or email from Central Help Desk team
Act as gatekeeper for all Work order requisition status (Closed/Open) through data and voice support Technology platform
Technology service delivery champion for all Digitization and Technology innovations
Understand the operational and technical inventory support requirements of the elements of the site for which he/she is responsible.
Assist site Facilities technician and/or Facilities Engineer in coordinating non-technical outsourced service partner
Ensure that current inventory files (Soft and Hard copies) are maintained to provide necessary supplies and services.
Ensure Audit-ready documentation in-placed
Review and spot check areas of responsibility to ensure that suppliers/service providers are meeting contractual obligations to the client.
