KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ------------------------ • Create, monitor, revise, and manage façade drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed assemblies. • Produce detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting lists, bracketry details, and assembly diagrams for curtain wall, cladding, windows, and other façade systems.. • Produce high‑quality 2D design drawings and support 3D modelling where needed. • Respond promptly to RFIs and technical queries, proposing solutions that meet design and performance criteria. • Prepare, maintain, and track engineering and technical submittal registers to meet contract programme milestones.
