Job Description
Our client in the Logistics industry is currently looking for a Senior Export Controller, in Durban, Kwa – Zulu Natal.
Responsibilities:
- Plan the freight movement.
- Coordinate freight movement.
- Process Customs and other statutory documents required for Customs clearance.
- Administration of file.
- Process claims.
- Effect creditors disbursements and process debtors' invoices.
- Provide guidance to Export Controllers and Learners.
- Comply with the requirements of the Customs Accreditation System.
- Comply with the requirements of the quality management system.
Requirements:
- 5 – 7 years export controlling experience in the Clearing and Forwarding Industry with proven track record of end-to-end process execution.
- Co-ordinate the freight movement of export cargo through the international transport chain in terms of the client's export requirements.
