The successful candidate will join the Corporate Learning Centre Department in SIA Human Resources Division. He/she will be responsible for end-to-end operations and continuous improvement of the organization's learning and development (L&D) ecosystem. This role ensures seamless learner experiences, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, effective management of government-funded training initiatives, learning analytics, and strategic workforce development partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end learning operations for SIA ground staff, including registration, timetabling/scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Manage the learning ops team and oversee learning facilities/resources, including procurement, inventory, and maintenance.
