Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction of new hires, Office Administration, Facility Management, Vendor management, Procurement & Sourcing, Plant HR, MIS & accounting, communication, lenient, proficient in MS-excel, MS-word

Roles & Responsibilities-
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for Plant/factory level hirings,
Manpower management- Category bifurcation,
'- Manage the administration function for locations , including facilities & infrastructure of the location

Manage accounting of admin expenses Procure & Manage Supervise office stock for Pantry, Canteen, Stationery, Office consumables and basic IT consumables. Security management for location Manage, train and supervise all Support Staff for Admin vertical Vendor management (accounting, procurement & follow up part only) Manage front office Manage Mobility and Landline connectivity Manage company vehicles/Employee vehicles- R& M, Compliance, Insurance and lifecycle management
