Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction of new hires, Office Administration, Facility Management, Vendor management, Procurement & Sourcing, Plant HR, MIS & accounting, communication, lenient, proficient in MS-excel, MS-word
Roles & Responsibilities-
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for Plant/factory level hirings,
Manpower management- Category bifurcation,
'- Manage the administration function for locations , including facilities & infrastructure of the location
- Manage accounting of admin expenses
- Procure & Manage Supervise office stock for Pantry, Canteen, Stationery, Office consumables and basic IT consumables.
- Security management for location
- Manage, train and supervise all Support Staff for Admin vertical
- Vendor management (accounting, procurement & follow up part only)
- Manage front office
- Manage Mobility and Landline connectivity
- Manage company vehicles/Employee vehicles- R&M, Compliance, Insurance and lifecycle manag...
