The role will be responsible for Order Management System (OMS) operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, warehouse coordination, and last-mile delivery performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
