Senior Executive, Student Progress

The Senior Executive, Student Progress supports the Vice‑Dean (Education) and Vice‑Dean (Clinical Affairs) in administering processes and policies concerning student progress at LKCMedicine. This position reports to the Assistant Director, Student Progress and is a 3‑year contract appointment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory on attendance and other infringements.
  • Arrange diagnostic meetings and manage action plans arising from decisions.
  • Arrange and manage the Guidance and Remediation Workshop.
  • Maintain a centralised and structured database for student academic, professionalism and wellbeing information.
  • Review existing workflows across Student Progress activities to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Implement simple automation to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Analyse patterns and trends in attendance, academic performance, professionalism and wellbeing indicators.
