Job Description
UK payroll 2-4 years of experience.
Knowledge of end-to-end UK payroll processing along with payroll validation/reconciliation and basic understanding of payroll Journal.
Responding to employe enquires relating to wages/salaries, payment, deduction, absence, Statutory Maternity/paternity, statutory absence recording.
Validation new joiner by way of reviewing employment offer documentation to prepare payroll data file.
General knowledge of Year-end activities, oracle fusion, Human resource activities
Responsibility: Maintain payroll processing data and record by gathering, calculating inputting data for payroll software, preparing employee compensation file for payroll team, gathering data for new hire, payment, deduction, absence, Statutory payment and exiting employee payment/deduction.
Distributing payroll payslip to employees.
