Job Description
Position: Senior Executive – Property Accounting & Tenant Operations (US Portfolio)
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi Pakistan (Onsite)
Compensation: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month, based on experience
Shift: Night Shift
Role Overview
We are looking for a junior-to-mid level professional to support US-based property management operations, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, tenant lease tracking, loan tracking, and tenant coordination.
This is a hands-on role with light team supervision, ideal for someone who understands property accounting basics, enjoys process ownership, and can communicate confidently with US tenants and stakeholders.

Accounts Payable (AP)
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Match invoices with approvals and supporting documents
Coordinate with vendors to resolve invoice or payment issues
Maintain AP records and assist in AP reporting
